Okay. This is Ian.
Ian is a late twenty-something year old male that’s smart, weird, fun, passionate, and oddly open. He loves his Mac’s like they are his kids, and sometimes treats them as such. He likes to read about technology take photographs and sometimes writes about a variety of topics.
Okay, enough of the of third person. This is my little combined corner of the web, I hope that this endeavor works out better than his previous ones with WordPress and the blogs here. I don’t know what I’ll do here, maybe write about my bits of technology, life, music, philosophy and photographs. Who knows. He loves his family, friends, and all his Apple related products.
Yes, I’m a shill for Apple, sadly though, I’m not paid for it. (Part of me wishes I could work there :s)
I do love to wear a suit, but you can see me wear the occasional funny t-shirt but more often than not you’ll find me in a regular oxford style dress shirt and if I feel really fancy I’ll break out one of my french-cuffed shirts and wear my skull cuff links. Yes, I do love suits.
My regular day-to-day job doesn’t really fit me, which is amusing in some ways. I don’t like it, but I do get satisfaction from it, even though I really don’t show it. 90% of Americans don’t like their job, and I’m one of them, but you know, it’s the cards I got dealt and I gotta play the hand I got. My job? Aerospace Propulsion Journeyman in the United States Air Force, which in English is just a Jet Engine Mechanic.
I live in Steinwenden, Germany, a ’suburb’ of Kaiserslautern, Germany. I consider my two home towns Kansas City, Kansas and Missouri (as I spent equal times on both sides of the state line) and New Orleans, Louisiana.
